A graduate in Economics and Business, he received an MBA from the SDA Bocconi School of Management. From 1998 to 2003 he was Partner and Director of Server S.r.l and Area Real Estate Manager of the RE Group of Milan. He is currently a RICS member and Chairman of Avalon Real Estate.
Federico Chiavazza

He graduated in Economics and Business at Bocconi University and spent a period of professional and academic activity at SDA Bocconi School of Management. He obtained a Master’s Degree in Real Estate at New York University, after which he covered the role of Investment Manager at Forest City Ratner. He is currently CEO of Avalon Real Estate, a RICS member, lecturer at SDA Bocconi School of Management, member of the scientific AIFO committee and member of 3V’s Investment Committee.
Giordano Graff

He graduated in Architecture at MIP Politecnico Business School of Milano. He worked for Pirelli Real Estate since 2002, and since 2013 he worked as Technical Director, Member of the Board of Directors and Project Management Supervisor of Prelios Integra SpA. He joined Avalon in 2017 and is now Partner of Avalon Real Estate and CEO of Avalon Technical Services.
Paolo Ranieri

He graduated in Economics and Business at Alma Business School, University of Bologna and obtained a Master’s Degree in Real Estate at SDA Bocconi School of Management. He has been working in Avalon as Partner since 2017 and is now the Expert in real estate sustainability at the European Institute for Innovation and Sustainability (EIIS).
Luigi Rabuini

After holding the position Supervisor at Deloitte & Touche and Manager at Impregilo SpA, between 2001 and 2002 he was Head of Consultancy and Management Control of Server Srl. A member of RICS and Chartered Accountant, he is Chairman of the Board of Statutory Auditors, Statutory Auditor and Managing Director of companies operating in the construction, engineering, industrial and medical sectors.
