Avalon has supported Investire SGR on Technical Due Diligence activities for the sale & leaseback acquisition of three properties from Conforama Italia.
The three properties are located in Vergiate (VA), Castel Mella (BS) and Sassari and cover a total area of 55,000 square meters. The assets have been leased entirely under long-term contracts that will allow Conforama to keep managing the stores.
The acquisitions were conducted through the multi – compartment fund LCN Capital Partners Italy III – Sub-fund 2, which is fully underwritten by LCN Capital Partners.
