Avalon carried a survey regardin the collection of technical documentation over the whole national territory

Amonst its services Avalon collects technical documentations at Public Administrations. In order to  provide further support to our clients during the lockdown and post-lockdown period Avalon has carried out a survey in all Italian provincial capital offices in order to find out:

  • the estimated timing for council feedback following technical document query registration and specifically compared to the 30 days time usually required by law;
  • procedures for document viewings;
  • potential restrictions on the place of origin of the technician who gets access to the documents;
  • potential opportunity to carry out photographic reports.

The survey allowed us to get a full picture on the accessibility to technical documentations at Public Administration offices on a national level. Specifically, it has emerged that up to this date (June 22nd 2020):

  • About 76% of offices are on call and operating

 

 

  • 17% of offices can fully guarantee access to all technical documents remotely

 

 

  • About 35% of offices can guarantee the service within 30 days
