Avalon Real Estate has assisted Bain Capital in the acquisition of Immobiliare Stampa Società Consortile per Azioni from Banca Popolare di Vicenza. Avalon advised on the technical and valuation Due Diligence activities on the part of the real estate portfolio being sold. The transaction covers the acquisition of over 200 buildings located in six Italian regions and used mainly as bank branches and offices. The headquarters and team of Immobiliare Stampa will remain in Vicenza.
The transaction is Bain Capital’s twelfth asset portfolio acquisition in Italy.
