Avalon supported BNP Paribas REIM as Technical Advisor for Sales Support activities for the transaction and technical regularizations of the property
BNP Paribas REIM, an investment management company which is part of the BNP Paribas Group specializing in real estate, has finalized the sale of a property to Campari Group in Milan that will be their new headquarters.
The operation was completed on behalf of a real estate fund managed by BNP Paribas itself and it involved Avalon as Technical Advisor for Sales Support activities for the transaction and technical analysis and regularizations of the building for the sale operation. The asset is remarkably prestigious both for the quality of the structure and for the premium location in which it is located.
The property is in fact in Corso Europa 2, within the heart of the city of Milan and a few steps from the Duomo cathedral. It currently is home to major national and international tenants: it has 9 floors above ground and 4 basement floors, covering a total area of about 10 thousand square meters.
Following the sale, the building will be the subject of major renovation and modernization works that will make it suitable for its new function.
