The works of the residential complex Torre Levante in Porto Recanati, in the province of Macerata, have been completed. The project, commissioned by BCM Global, as Asset Manager, concerned structural, building and plant engineering works of a building located a few steps from the seafront, which consists of 20 two-rooms and three-rooms apartments distributed over four above-ground floors and a basement floor for garages. The complex has large loggias, terraces and private gardens, as well as underground garages and cellars. Property units will be delivered to the buyers with all finishing touches completed.
Avalon assisted BCM Global as Project Monitor in dealing with the Public Administration aimed at the requalification of the building title, in selecting qualified professionals and the contractor, and in monitoring time, costs and construction quality during the execution phase of the works.
The completion of the building represents the last element of an allotment plan which was left unfinished for more than ten years and included the construction of four residential buildings and outdoor areas and a park to be used by residents.
